How it Works:
1. Booking
Get in contact to discuss specifics about your painting. During our consultation, we will discuss your preferences and vision, the scene to be painted, and how the painting would fit into your event timeline.
Artworks start at $1,000, depending on the size of the painting. A non-refundable 30% deposit will be due at the time of booking to reserve your date.
2. Before Your Wedding
I will reach out to you about a month prior to finalize and confirm details. The final balance will be due 10 business days before your event.
3. Wedding Day
I will arrive at the venue an hour before the ceremony to set up and begin painting the background.
I will take a picture of you to allow you to get back to your wedding and I will continue to work on the painting in real time during your cocktail hour and reception.
At the end of your event, you will have a painting that looks finished.
4. Post Wedding
After the reception, I will take the painting home for fine detailing and corrections. If desired, I will send you weekly updates of the progress. The artwork will be ready to pick up or delivery to you about 4-6 weeks after your wedding date.
How it Works:
1. Booking
Reach out to discuss details and logistics! Guest Portrait painting packages start at $200/hr, with a minimum of 3 hours, and a maximum of 8 hours.
Each painting takes roughly 7-9 minutes to complete (about 6-8 paintings/hr). Additional guests can be painted in the studio for $12/guest, if desired.
A non-refundable 30% deposit, based on the number of hours booked, will be due when booking to reserve your date.
2. Before the Event
I will reach out to confirm and review details about your event.
The final balance will be due 2 weeks before your event.
3. During the Event
I will arrive approximately a hour before the contracted time to set up my station.
Guests will have the option to visit the portrait station to get their custom portrait painted in watercolor and ink. I will take a picture of each interested guest to allow them to get back to the cocktail hour or reception. The illustrations will be ready for guests to take home before the end of the reception.
4. Post Event
If the option for additional paintings outside of the contracted time frame is chosen, I will paint up to 40 additional guests. The additional paintings will be ready for pick up or delivery 2-3 weeks after your event.
How it works:
1. Inquire
Use the Inquire button to request a quote for your Pet Portrait! Pricing starts at $70 for a 5×7 acrylic painting on canvas with a single subject.
A 25% deposit will be due before painting can begin. You may also pay in full at this time, or you can wait until the painting is finished!
2. Painting
Your painting will be finished in as little as one week, depending on the complexity and size of the portrait. Oil paintings will naturally take longer to cure, so processing time for oils will be a little longer than with acrylics. The final balance will be due before the painting is sent home with you.
